Warranty
60 DAYS Warranty.
All parts and functional devices come with a 60-day warranty (Except Tool and Accessories with NO WARRANTY). LCDSWAP.COM only offers store credit or exchanges, no refunds. It is the BUYER responsibility to test all parts before installing them. LCDSWAP.COM will not apply any store credit after 60 days from the purchase date.
Returns-All returns must be in its original condition (including stickers on LCD and screen) otherwise the warranty on the part will be void.
-All return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer; we do not refund return shipping.
-Customers must fill out the RMA form.
-Any return packages without an RMA number will not be processed.
-Items with physical damage are not eligible for return.
-If the return products were not purchased from LCDSWAP.COM, they are not eligible for return.
-Once you submit the RMA you must ship out the return parts within 10 days.
We must receive your item within the warranty period for it to be eligible for return. We will almost always provide store credit based on the current price for the item.
Example: You purchased LCD for iPhone 6 for $25 on 1st of January and want to return the defective piece on 1st of March when price is $22, we will only add $22 store credit on your account and NOT the original $25. This measure is taken to minimize abuse of our lenient return policy.
